Startin-wines

Startin Morillon (made from Chardonnay grapes) grows in our top vineyard sites from Sulz to RatscherNussberg. It is matured in traditional “Startin” barrels, an almost forgotten localbarrel size with a capacity of approx. 600 litres. The wine combines liveliness, strength and freshness with a full body.
