Steirischer Junker 

In the first days of November of each year, the vintners of Styria present their first drinkable pleasures of the current vintage, under the name of “Junker”. Our Junker, a blend of Rivaner, White Burgundy and Sauvignon Blanc, is dry and crisp, displaying aromas from citrus to peach, and from sugar pea to muscat tones. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with a fine interplay of acid and fruit. The Junker is drunk well into the following spring.
