Weissburgunder Kittenberg

This particularly sinewy, elegant, spicy and highly mineral White Burgundy grows on erosive soils of argillaceous shale. It matures in big wooden barrels and partly undergoes malolactic fermentation. Weissburgunder Kittenberg is ideally suited for fish and white poultry as well as an accompaniment to elegant starters.
