Sauvignon Blanc Privat

This selection of the ripest Sauvignon Blanc grapes is produced only in excellent years. The wine matures in 600 litre barrels for approx. 30 months and is always marketed a long time after harvest. The Sauvignon Blanc Privat has a small amount of residual sugar, is mostly in the half-dry range, and is best enjoyed on its own. Its aging potential is 12 years and longer.
