Gewürztraminer Ratscher Nussberg

Purposely designed terraces at an altitude of approx. 400 m above sea-level present a well-balanced climate, and the tuff layers of volcano ashes transferred here several million years ago are ideal for Gewürztraminer. On the palate it shows an oily structure and a multi-faceted, extended interplay of aromas. Our Gewürztraminer is left to mature in small wooden casks for 18 months and best enjoyed on its own or to accompany well-seasoned savoury dishes.
