Sauvignon Blanc Ratscher Nussberg

This highly complex and extremely well-aging Sauvignon Blanc is among the best representatives of its variety, year after year. The soils of lime-marl and sand-lime brick yield a wealth of aromas dominated by a harmonious interplay of herbal components and a fine acidity. Fermented in 600 litre barrels, the wine is matured traditionally in large barrels. It makes a perfect companion to fish and white poultry or can be greatly enjoyed on its own.
