This wine features fine spicy notes and nutty flavours. The vinification in stainless steel tanks results in a great freshness and characteristics typical of this variety. Part of the volume stems from the limy clay, poor clay, and sandy soils, lending the wine fullness and spiciness. The remainder grow on primary rock soils that bring a good structure to the wine. This makes the White Burgundy a perfect culinary allrounder and an ideal match for a wide range of culinary delights.
