Sauvignon blanc Sulz

Sauvignon Blanc from our Sulz vineyard is distinguished by its “warm” aromas and early accessibility, while at the same time displaying good aging potential. Sulz is a site facing south-southwest, and consists of limy poor clay soils. The wine is matured traditionally in big wooden barrels. This Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect companion for fresh-water fish, risotto, asparagus and mushroom dishes, as well as other delights.
